In 2007, Frank released his first instrumental solo album, Liquid Emotions, followed by another instrumental record, Six String Tales, in 2015.

Since 2015, Frank has been a permanent member of the legendary German hard rock band founded by Hans Ziller, Bonfire.

Alongside his work with this internationally established act, Frank has always remained creatively active.

He founded the classic rock/hard rock band Sainted Sinners (whose members have also performed with ACCEPT, Gotthard, and Tygers of Pan Tang), as well as the more musically progressive hard rock project Dark Blue Inc. (featuring former Malmsteen vocalist Göran Edman).

Out of his love for classic hard rock, he also collaborated with his wife Lydia Pané on vocals in joint projects such as LADY EVYL (a female Black Sabbath tribute) and Lady Zepp (a female Led Zeppelin tribute).

Throughout his career as a professional musician, he has performed and recorded live and in the studio with international rock legends including Ian Paice, Graham Bonnet, Geoff Tate, Bobby Kimball, Joe Lynn Turner, Robin Beck, Dave Bickler, Roger Glover, Neil Murray, and many more.

With more than 1,000 performances in over 30 countries, Frank has established a strong international live presence.

His project Poker Stars, launched in 2026, delivers classic hard rock in a modern guise — fronted by a new and previously unknown figure in the rock scene. Poker Stars’ vocalist Good Luck — known as Lucky — is an impenetrable character. His lyrics are largely autobiographical, yet the line between madness and inner conflict is unmistakable.
